Betsie – Terms of Service

Welcome to Betsie. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Betsie social prediction application (the "App"), provided by Squeaky Cheese, Inc. ("Betsie", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

3. License to Use the App

Betsie grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App to:

• Engage in any form of real-money gambling or betting.
• Post content that is illegal, hateful, violent, or discriminatory.
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users.
• Interfere with the security or functionality of the App.
• Use automated scripts to interact with the App.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Betsie a license to use your content inside the app for operational purposes.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

6. No Enforcement of Social Stakes

Betsie does not:

• Enforce personal agreements
• Resolve disputes between users
• Guarantee accuracy of predictions
• Verify event outcomes

Everything in the app is for entertainment only.

7. Safety & Moderation

We may:

• Remove content
• Limit account functionality
• Suspend or terminate accounts

when we believe behavior or content violates our policies or threatens user safety.

8. Disclaimer

Betsie is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Accuracy of outcomes
• Freedom from errors
